The client was a world leader in its sector with two connected commercial objectives. It wanted to increase the number of franchisees within its network, while also creating new business opportunities that could support both existing franchise owners and newly appointed franchisees.
The challenge was not simply generating interest. The client required a rigorous, structured and timely process for assessing prospective franchisees, taking them from initial enquiry and meeting through to selection, contract signing, training and readiness to begin operating under the franchise model.
At the same time, the client saw an opportunity to expand its contract cleaning capability into the hospitality sector. However, it did not have the specialist hotel experience required to confidently pursue, win and operationally deliver hospitality tenders.
Four Continents was appointed to support both requirements: managing the franchise selection process and helping the core operating business develop a more credible, structured route into hotel contract cleaning.
